Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay (HfHMB) builds shelter, stability, and self-reliance through homeownership. Households in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties that qualify for their homeownership program will apply, build, purchase, and move into a new home at an affordable price. Their ReStores accept donations of gently used furniture and building materials, keeping them out of landfills, and then sell them at affordable prices.
